The training program "Youth startups: development and support tools" from Ukrainian Future, a business incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, is intended for those who work with young inventors, seeking to reveal their creative and entrepreneurial potential. The purpose of the program is to acquaint the participants with effective tools for working with young people in the direction of generating innovative ideas and supporting them on the way to commercialization.

A series of online trainings and practical cases will help the course participants to acquire new professional competencies regarding the development of entrepreneurial thinking of young people and the application of project approaches in the process of implementing innovations; to become mentors and coaches of youth startup teams. The program includes meetings with opinion leaders and youth project curators who already have experience in successfully supporting projects.

The program focuses on:

• possibilities of building the Ukrainian ecosystem of support for youth innovations;
• actual tools for stimulating youth innovations;
• coordination of youth project activities;
• integration of youth start-up projects into the global start-up environment;
• development of personal qualities and professional competences as a modern specialist-practitioner in the field of management of inventive projects;
• acquiring a new role in relations with young people: as a curator and coach of youth startup teams.

Upon completion of the program, based on the results of the final test, course participants will receive Certificates of advanced training and the opportunity to continue cooperation with the business incubator in the network of innovation project coordinators.

Dates of the program: April 26 - May 31, 2024.
Duration: 5 weeks (30 hours/1 ECTS).
Format: online sessions twice a week (Tuesday, Friday) from 15.00 to 17.00.
Working language: Ukrainian.
Target audience: teaching staff of general secondary, out-of-school, professional (vocational-technical) and professional higher education institutions, representatives of youth centers, innovation support centers.
Selection conditions: on a competitive basis.
