Ukrainian Future Partnership: €7,000 Grants and Business Education for Women Innovators

Applications are open for the 2nd cohort of REDpreneur Women

This is a real opportunity not only to learn entrepreneurship and receive development funding but also to become part of a community that is changing Ukraine!

Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and older who seek to launch or relaunch a business with an innovative, social, or environmental component are invited to apply for the second cohort of the REDpreneur Women educational and grant program. Having a vulnerability category is an additional advantage, provided other eligibility criteria are met.

REDpreneur Women is an initiative that supports Ukrainian women on their journey to creating innovative and socially oriented businesses through entrepreneurial development, training, and mentorship. The program is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, supported by the Austrian NACHBAR IN NOT fund and the Austrian Development Agency. The educational and mentorship components are delivered in collaboration with the Ukrainian Future business incubator.

REDpreneur Women includes three months of online training and a final in-person business plan defense in Kyiv. Classes for the 25 selected participants of the second cohort will be held twice a week and will include work on business plans, financial models, and pitch preparation. Based on the results of the training and business plan defenses, 17 participants will receive grant funding of €7,000 each and post-training mentorship support.

Application deadline: February 12, 2026.
